Bespoke Engagement Rings

Begin forever beautifully

Timeless diamonds, considered craftsmanship and a ring that tells your story.

Made by hand, by people you'll meet.

Every piece begins with a conversation: the stone you have in mind, the metal that suits you and the moment it will mark. From there, our jewellers bring it to life on the bench — here in Warilla, not somewhere else.

Your jewellery doesn't leave the building

Most repairs, resizing and remodelling are done here by our own jewellers — so you can ask how it's going and get a straight answer. Where a specialised job needs a different arrangement, we'll tell you before you leave.

Frequently asked questions

Can't find what you are looking for? Our team is happy to help.

Can you remodel my mother's ring?

Yes — this is some of our favourite work. We'll talk through what the piece means to you, what can be reused and what the options are, then design something you'll actually wear.

Will my jewellery be sent away?

Most repairs, resizing and remodelling are completed by our jewellers here in store. If a specialised job needs a different arrangement, we'll explain that before you leave it with us.

What are the 4Cs of a diamond?

Cut, colour, clarity and carat weight are the four characteristics used to describe and grade a diamond. Cut has the biggest influence on sparkle, colour describes how colourless the stone is, clarity refers to natural inclusions, and carat is the stone's weight.

What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?

Both are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical and optical properties. Natural diamonds formed deep underground over millions of years, while lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment. Lab-grown stones usually cost less for the same size and quality.

How do I find my ring size?

The most reliable way is to have the finger measured in store. If the ring is a surprise, bring in a ring the wearer already owns and we can measure it for you.

Can I book a private appointment?

Yes. Choose a time online, or call the showroom and we will arrange a private consultation for you.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Store pieces separately so they do not scratch, take rings off for exercise and cleaning, and clean gently with warm soapy water and a soft brush. A professional check and clean once a year keeps settings secure.
