SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use Australia Registered Post with insurance included for your peace of mind. If you live outside metro areas or capital cities, it may take 2-3 days for delivery.

1. All orders above $100 will receive FREE delivery AUSTRALIA wide.
2. Orders under $100 will incur $10 delivery fee AUSTRALIA wide

International

International Shipping is available. Please contact us with details of the product you wish to purchase, along with your location and we will let you know the shipping price and time frame.

Online Payment Security Policy

When purchasing from Gold City Jewellers, your financial details are securely processed by ANZ bank using their secure encryption method and via third party gateway, SecurePay. Your card details are not stored anywhere on our server nor can our staff and our web developer see them. You will notice that Gold City Jewellers have a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) installed on our website and you can see a green lock on the address bar. This means all transactions are secure and your financial data is well protected.

Return & Exchange Policy

Gold City Jewellers wants you to be over-the-moon every time you shop with us! However if you're not 100% satisfied with an item, then you may exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can bring the item back to our Warilla Store (along with your purchase receipt), or alternatively post the item to Gold City Jewellers and a store credit for that amount will be provided once received. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
